The music therapy can also help in developing an individual or groups to meet a variety of needs, ranging from reducing anxiety to creating a deeper sense of self understanding, develop relaxation and coping skills, enhances awareness of self and ones environment, provide a sense of control over life by having successful experience during the sessions, improves problem solving skills, support healthy thoughts and feelings, increase motivation, successfully interact socially with other people, improves self image, reduces muscles tension, safe way to release emotions, improves concentration attention span, decreases anxiety and helps resolve conflicts.
